Today is our first day of special summer classes for both adults and kids!

Starting tonight at 6 eastern for kids class
Followed by adult class at 730e

We will still be having class as usual on Fridays and Saturdays

Important Announcement Time Folks!

This summer (June and July) we will be offering special Monday classes- for adults and kids!

Members this is included for you!

Non members here's your chance to join the coolest people in the community and learn how to defend yourself while having a blast (no pun intended)

These classes will be for all skill levels

Kids BJJ Mondays at 6 eastern

Adults fight camp- bjj with some added boxing and kick boxing- 7:30 Eastern

100$/ per person for 8 week clinic style classes.
