Round 2 of TSRS was a big weekend of growth for Clay in both KA100 Jr and LO206 Jr.
As a rookie moving into a new class, Clay was told this would be a building and learning year β and he is absolutely doing both. This weekend, he showed dominant speed on track, taking fastest lap in multiple races and running in the front pack all weekend long.
The LO206 Jr results were not what he wanted, but the on-track lessons were invaluable. Sometimes the weekends that donβt show up on the results sheet are the ones that teach the most.
KA100 Jr was a real breakout weekend. Clay showed strong pace, maturity, and a new sense of calm in the chaos, bringing it home P3 in the final.
Huge thanks to Lawson Speed Shop for the 206 powerhouse and Jesus at P1 Engines for an absolute beast of a KA100 engine. And none of this would be possible without Charlie and Iron Rock Motorsports Race Team alongside us every step of the way.
Proud of the progress. The learning continuesπ
