Hey everyone! We hope everyone has been enjoying their summer thus far. Before we all head back to campus and start climbing again as a team we’d like to share what we’ve been doing/climbing over the summer!

First off we have Eva. Eva had the opportunity this summer to take a cross country road trip and was able to touch rocks in 15 states!

Adam H. spent a lot of time in the climbing gym and was able to take his climbing to the next level climbing his first v8! He also began to slack line and found it a great way to rest between climbs.

The third slide is me. I’m Johanna and I’ll be the team’s secretary this year. I did a lot of climbing at the start of the summer and then I went to Germany for two weeks. I am excited to try out Goat climbing gym when I get back!

Aaron (in the 4th slide) had a thrilling summer. He was able to go climbing in New Hampshire and even skydived and jumped off a bridge!

Lars spent the end of his summer slack lining and mushroom foraging because he got a FCC tear. Here is a cool find of Laetiporus sulphureus, or chicken of the woods.

Finally, you can see in the last slide our own AJ and Justin. The two of them went climbing outside in Squamish, Canada and captured this cool shot.

We’re excited to have everyone back to campus very soon! In the meantime go climb something. 💪
