Pitcher/Outfielder Eric Hurley showing his determination by adapting to a virtual J&J internship. We admire your enthusiasm on and off the field!
Eric, a full-time MBA student with concentrations in Strategy and Marketing, didn't anticipate starting his internship virtually this summer🌞, but the pandemic changed that. Before beginning classes at RBS, Eric worked for seven years as a military officer in the Army. "I realized I want to serve and help people in a way where I could impact lives on a larger scale, so I decided to pursue a business degree."
As his first MBA year came to an end, Eric was chosen to be part of the Johnson & Johnson Summer 2020 Medical Devices Marketing Leadership Development Program. He hopes "to get an insight of the organization and meet as many people as possible, to learn as much as I can in how the organization works and how the experience can make me holistically a better manager" Good Luck Eric 🍀!
