Coach B Working on optimum strength not maximum. Working on lengthening the muscles instead of shortening them. That’s what Coach B’s strength work consists of, lengthening the muscles for optimum strength. It was a little wet out so traction wasn’t the best but we made the most of it and got better. Looking on losing another 6.5-7% body fat but we’re on it🥊 🙏🏼

High School Wrestler Brandon has been working a customized program with Coach B over the past few weeks. The program has consisted of footwork, speed, agility, full body control, hip mobility, strength and conditioning, along with core strengthening. This was Brandon first time ever working with Coach B doing boxing/hand work. The benefits of this particular workout is hand eye coordination, reaction, attention to detail, superior conditioning, and a physical/mental edge that he can carry over to the wrestling mat and everyday life. Great Job for your first time Brandon❗️Keep up the great work❗️Consistency is always the 🔑

Every weekend Hands By B Redefining Performance is offering group and one on one training starting at the age of 7 years old for a very affordable price. Pop Warner, Middle school, High School, College athletes. Any athlete of any sport is welcomed. The groups will consist of proper injury prevention dynamic warm ups, footwork, speed/agility, full body control, full body explosion, skills training, hip mobility, strength, conditioning, and core exercises. I'm teaching, showing, walking through, and demonstrating every exercise that will be incorporated into the workouts. I'm teaching all athletes from the age 7 on how to prepare mentally as well as physically. Please DM if interested and slots are limited per group. Thank you

Coach B is performing a karaoke style footwork drill on the way down and a backwards flipping hips drill on the way back. Coach B also teaches speed agility, and footwork. Not only is it fun and challenging, it is idle in instrumenting it with not only becoming a complex versatile boxer, client, or top professional athlete. Coach B has over 15 years experience being around and involved with boxing. From learning the fundamentals of the sweet science dating back to his high school days, to training with and learning from some of the top pro prospects in the east coast from 2006-2012. During this time Coach B has developed his own training method and methods and over the past 4 years has trained numerous individuals on looking to learn the fundamentals, basics, and advanced stages of boxing, to individuals wanting to get into shape, lose weight, relief stress, self discipline and defense, feel better about themselves, to individuals sick of their old boring workout routines. Hands By B working the balls of his feet, hips, changing positioning, while staying explosive, and maintaining full body control. Footwork, using the balls of your feet, and having fluid hips, while staying explosive is extremely important for a dynamic versatile athlete.
