Coach B Working on optimum strength not maximum. Working on lengthening the muscles instead of shortening them. That’s what Coach B’s strength work consists of, lengthening the muscles for optimum strength. It was a little wet out so traction wasn’t the best but we made the most of it and got better. Looking on losing another 6.5-7% body fat but we’re on it🥊 🙏🏼
