Little Shop of Fitness Classes held at New Brighton high school auxiliary gym, near Sunrise pool. Hi there! Courses change all the time, to keep you from getting bored!

We're a small friendly, encouraging group that likes variety in our fitness classes. Barre classes, weight training/resistance classes, cardio. Courses include (but not limited to): Pound, Move n Groove , PiYO, Barre, Tabata, Kettlebell AMPD, AMPD Resistance, AMPD Power FLow, Ampd Strength, mat Pilates, Body Blast and Box-Fit. I'm always taking more training to bring you the latest information.
