Series for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels

Advanced Level

Welcome to the third workout in our fibromyalgia fitness series.

If you’ve built a solid foundation with the beginner and intermediate plans, feel more confident with regular movement, and recover well from exercise, you may be ready for the next level: the Advanced Fibromyalgia Workout Plan.

This workout is for people who want more challenge while still respecting the unique needs of fibromyalgia.

IMPORTANT: Your health comes first—so please talk with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine to be sure it’s a good fit for you.

What “Advanced” Really Means Here

Advanced does not mean punishing workouts, endless burpees, or pushing through pain.

It means:

- Better strength

- Improved endurance

- More movement confidence

- Greater consistency

- Smarter progressions

- Knowing how to pace yourself

With fibromyalgia, advanced often means learning how to do more without paying for it later.

Daily Movement Tips for Energy & Mobility

7-Part Series - Simple habits that keep your body ready for the adventure.

Let’s be honest for a second—RV life is amazing… but it can also sneakily turn into a whole lot of sitting.

You drive. You relax. You take in the view (which, let’s be fair, is usually incredible). And before you know it, your body is feeling a little stiff, a little sluggish, and a lot less “ready for adventure” than you expected. Not because you’re lazy—but because RV life is comfortable. And comfort has a funny way of convincing us we’ll “move more tomorrow.”

That’s exactly why this 7-day series exists.

Over the next week, we’re going to keep things simple, doable, and actually realistic for RV living. No complicated workouts. No getting down on the floor if you don’t want to. No pressure to be perfect.

Series for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels

Intermediate Level

Welcome to the second workout in our fibromyalgia fitness series.

If the beginner workout has helped you get moving more consistently and your body is handling gentle exercise well, it may be time for the next step: the Intermediate Fibromyalgia Workout Plan.

This level is designed to help you build a little more strength, endurance, and confidence—without forgetting what matters most with fibromyalgia: pacing, recovery, and listening to your body.

IMPORTANT: Your health comes first—so please talk with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine to be sure it’s a good fit for you.

Who This Workout Is For

The intermediate plan may be a good fit if:

- You’ve been doing the beginner workout regularly

- Daily movement feels more manageable

- You want a bit more challenge

- You’re ready to improve stamina gradually

- You recover well from gentle workouts

This is not about pushing to exhaustion.
