It is our way of life! Life does not always work out the way we think it will. There are many obstacles, hurdles, trenches and valleys to overcome and get through before reaching certain destinations and goals. But there are also many PEAKS as well. Being an athlete and coach has taught us how to compete in this thing called LIFE. Training, working out, being healthy - mind, body and soul - has he
lped us through some of the darkest moments of life. There is something about working so hard, until you are out of breath, sweat puddles on the ground, legs and arms burning, heart beating intensely, feeling like you could pass out any moment and then, you dig deeper, realize you CAN keep going, you DO keep going and you are BETTER and STRONGER because of it! Working hard and pushing through your weakest moments sure makes the view from the Peaks one worth seeing again and again and again. Fitness is our way of life!
