Flows on the river are 93 cfs right now. Last week they were 74 cfs. This time last year, the flow was 81 cfs. Trip should take around 2 hrs depending on the crowds. Stay left to avoid walking Make sure to contact tube rental service before you head out to check on river conditions. There is a 40% chance of rain today and tomorrow so keep your eye on the weather. You do not want to be on the water if there is lightening in the area. Take care.

It is time to ask our annual question about tubes. Would you recommend to your friends that they buy this tube? What have your experiences been with taking it out multiple times. thanks

Flows on the river are 81 cfs right now and last week they were 105 cfs. This time last year they were 96 cfs. There are plenty of 3-4 hr trips available depending on where you put in. Looks like a 40%-50% chance of rain on Sunday so today or tomorrow might be your best time to go tubing. Have fun.

Right now the water is flowing at 91 cfs, which is just about what it was last week. Last year at this time it was flowing at 97 cfs. Looks like a pretty good chance of rain today and tomorrow so keep your eye on the weather before heading out.

Where did you go tubing this weekend? How long were you on the water? Post some pics if you like.

05/29/2026

Flows right now are at 93 cfs. That is more than 200 cfs below what is typical over the long term for this week. Last year on this date the flows were 95 cfs. Should be fine for tubing, but it will be slow going. The trip at the Horseshoe should be around 2 hours unless you go when it is crowded. Be sure to stay to the left for the best flows. Let us know if you need info about which tube rental services to contact for more specific details.

Not much of a chance for rain today. Let us know where you went tubing this weekend and how long it took to complete your float.
