I have learned after over 40 years of coaching one really important thing re: coaching gymnasts is this………you truly do NOT have a gym/FAMILY without having PARENTS that give you their best that they have! The PARENTS that are going through hard times, sickness, cancer, kid issues, money issues, divorce, 2-3 jobs, driving hours to get to your gym, and THEY do this to LET YOU teach, coach, and love their child!!! Jana and I are blessed and our Hearts are Full with Love and Joy because of the PARENTS that have given us this Opportunity! Thank all of You - THE PARENTS!

Way to go Xcel Gold Team! Everyone did their best in a high pressure meet! Jana and I are very thankful to be working with your kids and we appreciate all your support in a sport that expects perfection.
