Coach Paige is getting ready to head to the HYROX World Championships in Sweden 🇸🇪!

Before she shows up to Sweden ready to crush it, let’s show up for her this Friday, June 5th at 5:30PM for her send-off party!

Join us as we come together to celebrate and share good vibes as she prepares for this incredible journey.

Enjoy finger foods and cake. BYOB.

In honor of all those who fight for our freedom and those who have given the ultimate sacrifice, join us for this very special workout.

Murph:
1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1-mile run.

Sign up sheets for heat times and the Potluck Breakfast are at the white board.
