A youth weight training and conditioning camp introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of safe and effective resistance training, combined with conditioning to enhance overall athleticism. Key components include:

Proper Technique: Emphasizing correct form for exercises like squats, deadlifts, and presses, using light weights or bodyweight.
Progressive Overload: Gradually increasing resistance and volume as participants demonstrate proficiency and adaptation.
