Good news — we are NOT affected by the flooding in surrounding areas! The Comal River is spring-fed, crystal clear, and flowing great. With temps in the mid 90s, it’s the perfect time to grab your crew and hit the water! 💦

🌞 We’re Open! 🌊

Good news, floaters! Landa River Trips is now open for normal hours after the recent rain in surrounding areas. The Comal River did not sustain any major flooding, and while the water is still clearing up, conditions are looking better by the hour.

🎉 This Friday and Saturday are shaping up to be perfect tubing days — great flow, warm weather, and your favorite float spot ready to roll!

The sun is shining, the river’s flowing, and it’s the perfect day to close out your weekend with a float!

Whether you’re making a last-minute trip or floating before heading home, here’s how to make it smooth:

🚗 Carpool when possible – Parking is still available, but it fills fast. Small cars fit best!
🧊 Cooler rule – 30 quarts or smaller only.
♻️ Disposable Container Ban is in effect – No cans or bottles. All drinks must be pre-poured into reusable containers or thermoses.
🍹 Yes, alcohol is allowed — just follow the container rules and float responsibly.
💧 Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and bring your river shoes.

📍We’ve got on-site parking right by the river! No shuttle needed — park and jump in above the Tube Chute. You’ll float through the Weir Dam and Warnecke Rapid for the full Comal experience.

It’s Saturday on the Comal, and the tubes are rollin’ in! With just one week until the 4th of July, the river is buzzing, and we’re ready for YOU!

💥 Here’s what you need to know before you float:
🚗 PARKING TIP: We offer on-site riverfront parking — no need to shuttle! Park your car and jump right in.
🎯 Pack that car full of friends (small vehicles preferred — parking is tight, especially for trucks and big SUVs!).
🕗 Arrive EARLY – Avoid the heat, avoid the crowds, and lock in a smoother float.
🧊 Coolers must be 30 quarts or less
♻️ No disposable containers – No cans, no bottles. Pre-pour all drinks into reusable jugs, bottles, or thermoses.
🍹 Alcohol is allowed, just keep it in reusable containers ONLY.
💧 Bring WATER! Stay hydrated, float smart.
🧴 Sunscreen. River shoes. Good vibes. You know the drill.
