We now have two suites available at Landa Beauty & Wellness Studios! One of them is two rooms together with 222sf total, $435 weekly or $460 if shared with another tenant. The other is 160sf and $335 weekly. All utilities and wifi included! Each room has a sink, and the double room has a customizable option for one sink or two.
While I do put leases in place, I don’t like the idea of trapping anyone, so I just require three weeks notice to vacate if things aren’t working out, and I also do a free move-in week plus two extra free weeks of your choosing. I try to help with marketing, and make sure everyone has their own signage on the storefront plus a section on the website directory! I also offer graduated rent plans so you don’t have to start paying the total rent amount while you get settled in.
Current services by other business owners permanent makeup, nail services, massage therapy, electrolysis, skin care - would be a great location for similar services or lash tech, injector, etc. Current group of women are super laid-back and awesome! 😎 If it sounds like a good fit for you feel free to reach out to discuss or set up a time to see them!
