You don’t have to go fast, you just have to go.
Coming back from a 2 week break. Felt fantastic in the gym the last few days. Decided to revamp the orde rof my lifts from heaviest to lightest in the work out. Highly recommend doing this.
It helped me to hit numbers better than I expected with better form and felt smoother. I got the idea from the inverted pyramid from my PR writing class. Hope this helps yall too.
