Is this about normal for the stator at idle? I know according to the Cylmer manual it should be over 80v AC at 5000rpm.
The wires are getting extremely hot from the stator side of the connector but the resistance tests are reading okay
Testing between yellow wires 0.5-0.7 ohms and a solid beep from my multimeter and no beep testing to ground. Yalls thoughts?

My bike occasionally backfires. It has an after market exhaust. I figure the previous owner didn't tune the carbs after installing the exhaust. I assumed the bike was running lean but, does the plugs tell me it's running lean? Left one is front and right is rear.

Morning my dears, does anyone drive a similar rear or the Fender I drive?

If so, and that person has an ABE for it, I would be very happy to be able to contact him. I'd take some coal out for that.

Hello everyone,
I've lost my (only) key and need to get new one done. I disambled the ignition siwtch and see this number on the back. Is that the key code which I can give to key smith to make me new one or do I need to check elsewhere?

 Would anybody know why my S 83 is only getting about 60 miles per gas tank I literally get between 30 and 40 miles before I have to switch to reserve this bike is really sucking down gas. Does anybody else have this problem? If so, what’s the solution?. I bought this bike a few weeks ago from the dealership it’s a 2006 with 16,000 miles on it.

I just got a new to me 04 intruder 1400. And like many. I am gearing to get it tip top shape as there maybe a few things wrong with it. (Yet to find out. )
