A recent graduate, Madigan Burger, was presented with the Springfield Road Runners Scholarship tonight at the Illinois State Fair.

Our season is officially over and we ended it with a team dinner, ice cream, and awards! Shout out to our track parents for getting seniors a tote of goodies!

Our award winners are:
Track MVPs: Adie Stinson and Jake Piotrowski
Field MVPs: Brookelyn Fuchs and Brady Crews
Pretzel Spirit: Kinsley Heidenreich and Wyatt Oschwald
Breakout Athletes: Cece Winkelman and Brody Bilbruck

We wrapped up Pretzel Track camp today and had such a great turnout! These kids are awesome and the future for Pretzel Athletics is bright 🤩

Boys 4x200 finish 9th in state! Congratulations to Brody, Conner, Jake, and Wyatt on their medals! The boys have worked so hard all year and we are proud of all they have accomplished! 🥨

State Meet Update from yesterday:

The boys performed great yesterday, despite the heat! 🥵

Brady Crews placed 21st in triple jump with a jump of 12.67m. He jumped 1 foot better than he did the previous year at state! He also jumped 5.82m in long

Boys 4x100 placed 12th with a PR! They were ranked 20th going in

Boys 4x200 is currently ranked 9th and will compete Saturday!

Jake Piotrowski placed 25th in the 200 with a run of 23.04 seconds

Boys 4x400 placed 24th with a time of 3:35.52

Way to go, boys! We are proud of you! 🔥🥨🔥

Boys 4x200 of Brody Bilbruck, Conner Stinson, Jake Piotrowski, and Wyatt Oschwald place 9th in prelims and qualify for finals on Saturday! They ran a PR time of 1:30.383!
