Oh my gosh I am totally in LOVE with purple potatoes. They're an excellent and efficient carbohydrate to incorporate either pre-workout, post-exercise (or both😂)! Packed with antioxidants to beat that muscle soreness and combat inflammation.

Purple potatoes, rich in fiber & protein, get their color due to the high concentration of anthocyanins, the same group of antioxidants that give grapes & wine their color.

We have classes TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 6:30p-7:30p, and SATURDAYS 9:00a - 10:00a!
