Health is about more than the scale. It's the emotional health to understand that with each fall we face in life (and there will be falls) we find the strength to get up again with new insights and wisdom. We move forward.
Each season of the Biggest Loser contest at the club is an opportunity to help my Teams see beyond the scale, beyond the competition and to see how to begin. How to try again. How to keep what worked, toss out what didn't work, and try.
Falling is hard. Change is hard. Practice and trust the process.

Non-scale victories make a meaningful impact. Set one goal that has nothing to do with the scale or a number. Write it down. Then write down how you feel the day you reach that goal. Make your health into something more than a chore or another item on a to-do list. Make it worth more because you're worth more. ❀️

2018 Summer Princeton Club's Biggest Loser Summer Fun Challenge: Build a Sand Castle.

As part of Princeton Club's Biggest Loser Weight-Loss Contest, participants will be posting pictures of themselves with a sand castle they built. Part of getting healthy means letting go and doing something fun that might not normally be part of your everyday routine or perhaps something you haven’t done in years. Sandcastle pics will be posted in the comments section between June 18th and July 8th so vote for your favorites by liking, loving and wowing them, to help participants earn more points for their teams. πŸ’œ Now, more than ever, please join us. πŸ’œ Saturday, May 5th at Noon and/or Sunday, June 3rd.
Christian is an example of "there are no can'ts" in Life. With every drawn out "accidental miscount" combined with his beyond human energy, he pushed each of us to be better and find what we are made of. He would sweat right there with the rest of his peeps in class and laugh as only he could.
Please come join us and help his family and honor his big heart and spirit.

We are beyond saddened to bring the news of the passing of our Instructor Christian Diompy. Christian was a pillar of strength, courage and faith. His motivating spirit engaged our members to be the best they could be...every single workout. He lived for fitness and helping others; he was a warrior in every sense of the word. We are at peace knowing his passing was also peaceful; and while his pain is now gone, the pain for his family just begins. I am proud to be part of such a wonderful community that has come together in support of all kinds; it has been amazing! We will continue to celebrate his life through our fundraisers, the Cinco de Mayo Zumbathon this Saturday (sign up at the Front Desk) and our Run 4 Christian, a 4 mile run/2 mile walk on Sunday, June 3rd - registration available now at www.princetonclubnewberlin.com. Together with these events we will exercise as he would want us to and it will continue to help the financial devastation this has left his wife and children with. Here's a little homework project I gave someone today: Try to pause each you're about to use the word "fat" to describe yourself and instead say something different. Find something you like about yourself and say that instead. Negative self-talk is a road block in the bigger path to overall health. Physical, mental and spiritual go together. Be kind to yourself - accept where you currently are and use it as fuel to put the hard in to get to where you want to be. ❀
