Don’t wait until you feel stiff to start working on your mobility.
And definitely don’t wait until something starts hurting.
Mobility is something you should maintain before you lose it.
As I get older, I make hip and hip-flexor mobility a regular part of my training, not because something is wrong, but because I want to keep moving well.
You can be strong and still have poor mobility.
You can be fit and still move poorly.
My goal is to stay strong, athletic, mobile, and capable for as long as possible.
That’s why mobility is part of my training, and why I encourage my clients to train it before they need it.
Don’t wait for the problem.
