Middeke Brazilian JIU JITSU MiddekeBJJ is a Brazilian JIu Jitsu studio, teaching concepts and movements using chokeholds and joint locks to defend against a larger opponent.

We offer child and adult classes and there are also private lessons available. Contact for prices.
