Huge congratulations to the incredible Louisville APA teams who punched their tickets to the 2026 APA World Pool Championships at the Westgate Las Vegas this August! You survived the fields at Railyard, fought through the brackets, and now you’re representing the 502 on the biggest amateur pool stage on the planet.

Louisville has some of the best poolplayers in the country, and we know these teams are going to go out there and show Vegas how we play.

It’s officially 9-Ball World Qualifier Weekend, and the energy is going to be electric! 🔥

The stakes have never been higher. This weekend, our top teams will battle it out on the felt, but only four will punch their ticket to the ultimate pool destination. ✈️🎰

🏆 THE MAIN EVENT 🏆
We are sending 4 incredible teams from this tournament straight to Las Vegas in August 2026 to compete on the world stage!

🎯 BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! 🎯
Not on a qualified team? We’ve got action for you too! We will be running Singles Boards starting at noon on Saturday for your LAST chance to qualify for the October Regional!

💵 Cost: $30 per board

⏰ Time: Starting Saturday at 12:00 PM

To all the competitors: Bring your A-game, stay focused, and speed through those racks. Whether you're playing for the team slot or jumping on a singles board, your next big title starts this weekend!

We will be starting a 9-ball only league on Wednesday nights at MG’s Prime Time Bar And Event Center on the Green Belt Highway. We will begin play starting July 8th at 7pm unless we get lots of interest and we will start sooner. They currently have 3 - 7ft Diamond tables. Contact us at 502-498-5313 if you are interested in playing on a team or have a team to bring in.

It is with great sorrow that we have learned of the passing of fellow friend and Louisville APA member Scott Allison. Scott has been a member of Louisville APA for 34 years where he racked up more than 1000 lifetime matches. We would like to offer our sincere sympathy and condolences to his wife, Louisville APA member Jill Allison, family and teammates and ask that all of you keep them in your thoughts during this difficult time as well.
