Cheer isn’t just sidelines — it’s athletic, competitive, fast-paced, and takes serious teamwork. We’re looking for strong athletes who want to challenge themselves, have fun, and be part of something exciting this year.

Bonus points if you can jump high, move fast, and survive conditioning without complaining too much.

My daughter! A Captain, a leader, & my constant. Strong, steady, the backbone of our team as a backspot, the one everyone could count on to keep it all together. Especially me!

A fierce competitor who helped lead us through our co-ed season, raising the bar & helping set new records along the way. Your dedication, determination, toughness, & heart showed in every practice & every performance.

You brought so much laughter, creativity, & unforgettable moments to this team. Watching you grow into the athlete & person you are today has meant more to me than words can say.

Being your coach has been 1 of the most meaningful parts of my life so far, something I will forever be grateful for. I’m endlessly proud of you.

The Tri-Valley Bears Varsity Cheerleaders competed in the Co-Ed Division at the Section IX Cheerleading Championship & what a way to close out the season.

This was our final competition, and they left absolutely everything on the mat. Months of hard work, early mornings, tough practices, & unwavering dedication all led to this moment. Every stunt, every jump, every count was earned.

Ending the season with heart, grit, & pride. Beyond proud of this team & the way they represented Tri-Valley. The future is bright for these Bears! 💙❤️
