I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE THAT HAS PARTICIPATED IN THIS TOURNAMENT THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS I HAVE RAN IT. THERE IS INTEREST IN CONTINUING THE TOURNAMENT AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO PASS ON INFORMATION TO SOMEONE THAT WANTS TO CONTINUE ITS LEGACY.

Apparently, the price went up for tournament. In order to pay out prize fund and pay my helpers I need to come up with extra money. Mulligans have been mentioned. Any thoughts ? How do they work and how much should I charge?
