🌟 FEATURE FRIDAY: EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT! 🌟

This week we’re excited to feature Hauns Bjorlokken, part of our custodial team here at the Osage Prairie YMCA! ❤️

Hauns has only been with us for about a month, but he’s already making an impact. His favorite part of working at the Y is putting smiles on people’s faces and helping make the YMCA feel like home—especially for those who may need a positive place to escape and feel supported.

🏀 Fun fact: Hauns is pretty good at basketball, too!

Hauns says the YMCA is “a place where you can go to escape, you have people that care for you, plenty of awesome things to do.”

We’re getting ready for another great season, and we want YOU to join us! 🎉 Registration open now!

📅 Preseason: September 14–25
✨ Preseason is FREE for everyone! Come try it out, meet the team, and see what we’re all about!

🏁 Regular Season Begins: September 28

Once the regular season begins, the monthly cost will be:
💙 YMCA Members: $60
🤍 Community Members: $90

❗️Meets are sanctioned through Heartland Area Swimming and cost an additional fee. Some meets are local, and some are regional meets outside of the Nevada, MO area. Only Y members are eligible to compete, so join TODAY!

Whether you’re new to the team or returning for another season, we’d love to have you join us! Come check it out during preseason—you have nothing to lose because it’s FREE! 🙌
