"Desintoxicar el organismo, limpiar la sangre y limpiar los intestinos es una práctica ancestral transmitida de generación en generación. Limpiar la casa, la cocina, el coche, organizar la habitación, cepillarse los dientes y lavarse la cara son parte del sentido común y de una vida sana. La prevención, la curación y la regeneración suelen comenzar con la desintoxicación.

Eliminar la mucosidad de los pulmones durante una gripe, favorecer la salud del hígado en caso de problemas de la piel, tratar infecciones fúngicas, picazón, trastornos del sueño, estreñimiento, hinchazón e incluso problemas emocionales como la irritación, la ira o la depresión pueden estar relacionados con la acumulación de toxinas en el cuerpo. Cuando las toxinas se acumulan, generan estrés interno, haciéndonos más sensibles a las presiones externas.

Las toxinas están en todas partes: en el aire, en gérmenes, bacterias, virus, parásitos e incluso en personas negativas. Las personas tóxicas pueden envenenar nuestra vida emocional, y podemos contagiarnos de negatividad al consumir constantemente malas noticias. Nos dejamos llevar por el drama, la violencia y la miseria, centrándonos en... Preocuparnos por lo que está mal en lugar de apreciar la belleza que nos rodea.

Si tienes problemas de salud, considera desintoxicar tu sangre, cuidar tu hígado y explorar hierbas y alimentos que promueven la limpieza. Centra tu atención en lo positivo de la vida para evitar dejarte llevar por la comercialización del miedo.

I'm 64 now. For 45 years I've been teaching self-healing and practicing yoga approaching health issues from a practical understanding through the work on lifestyle and the body.

- I'm also Shiatsu Practitioner, Food Technician and teach people through Holistic Health Coaching programs for natural health regeneration.
