24 Small Group Personal Training Sessions and 37 Large Group Fitness Classes plus Personal Training and Open Gym Access:
M: Lower Body (Summer Sweat 6am, Fit Cycle/Intervals 9:15am, Mat Pilates Fusion Noon)
T: Upper Body (Fit Cycle 6:10am, Fit HIlT 9:15am, Mat Pilates 10:15am, Fit Sculpt Noon)
W: Core and Balance (Summer Sweat 6am, Yoga 5:15pm)
T: Cardio (Fit Cycle 6:10am, Fit HIIT 9:15am, Mat Pilates 10:15am, Fit Cycle/Intervals Noon)
F: Full Body (Biker Barre 8:15am)
S: Fit Cycle/Intervals (8:10-9am)
S: Fit Sculpt (8:15-9:15am)
If you’re interested in having a coach to individually create a program for you based on your goals, health history, and fitness level then our team of coaches will create a plan for you to safely and effectively help you in a environment that is non intimidating and fun.
Our small group personal training program is 100% customized to each individual and the price is a fraction of the cost compared to hiring a one on one personal trainer. We do still offer one on one personal training and many clients love this service but if you are interested in having the same individual coaching created by highly experienced trainers then click on the link below and set up a free intro meeting (can be done at the studio or over the phone).

1. We will schedule a time for you to come in for 20 to 30 minutes or jump on a call.
2. Ask what brought you in and why. Find out what you want to improve and outline the best plan to get you to your goals.
3. We’re going to set up opportunities to change the plan along the way based on what’s working well and the things that might need adjusting to keep you progressing in a safe and positive way.
4. Ask what you prefer in membership option.
One on one, small group personal training, large group classes and open gym.
