Hi Wing Chun family and friends! A new school year has begun. I have more students starting this fall. I had to switch my hours up a bit. My youth classes are Monday thru Thursday 10:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. still. My evening youth classes are Monday and Thursday 4:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. I only have morning 11:00a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for adult classes, unless you would like to schedule private lessons. 75$ per month for regular classes. 50$ per hour for private lessons.

Sprout Wing Chun- Come enjoy a well rounded martial art training involving Shaolin stretch work, Breath Training. IP MAN lineage Wing Chun form and application. And a great opportunity to get cardio Training as well. Wing Chun is a style emphasizing softness and fluidity combined with science backed body mechanics and power based on simple structure and Motion. I also train kicking for stretch purpose and basic body mechanic education: although Wing Chun does not advise using high kicks in a true self defense situation.
