Hey everyone! I haven’t introduced myself on here yet. I am Dakota Cook and this is my soon to be wife Brittany and our precious daughter.
Couple fun facts about me:
I currently play on a basketball and softball team. I also love golf and snowboarding.
I was EMT class certified before I started training.
I love learning new things and expanding my knowledge.
I have a passion for helping people and seeing them achieve their goals and beyond. I have 9 years of personal training experience as well as experience in physical therapy. I was trained under a Dr. to be a corrective exercise specialist for physical therapy.
I am here to encourage you and help you build a healthier lifestyle and achieve your goals.
