BAM! Fitness is now BT Fitness.
Same location. 24/7 access. New name. New vision.

We’re proud to bring this gym into the BT family—alongside BreakThrough Physical Therapy and BT Performance. This move allows us to create an even better experience for our members and community.

If you were affected by the tornadoes and need a place to shower, you are welcome to use our facility. We have a shower in both the men & women’s bathroom. Our door stays locked, but if you will call Perry at 662-213-7200 he will let you in.

We are praying for all families & businesses that have been affected!
