5 YEARS! Kentucky Derby day is our true five year anniversary but we will be celebrating this Monday as the tradition continues with ‘Murph’! It’s been a long ride and it’s truly amazing to see how far we have come. This wouldn’t be possible without the support of family, friends, and the amazing OCF Community that I am blessed to be around everyday. Thanks to everyone who has been there and those who will come in the future. Exciting things coming to OCF. Bless up. 🙏 @ Ocean CrossFit

Congrats to our very own OCF Coach Rachel on her 100th win as a high school girls lacrosse coach. Not only is this an amazing achievement it also explains why she is a two-time National Coach of the Year! We are lucky to have her at OCF and so are these young ladies. HUGE CONGRATS! @ Ocean CrossFit
