We have been working on revamping our OA Fit program and excited to offer an all inclusive program for any level athlete. Starting November 1st we will be offering the OA Fit program during every scheduled class with brand new programming to help our members achieve their goals.

We are also now offering new class times for our CrossFit program and OA Fit program. We will now have CrossFit + OA Fit at these times.
Weekdays:
6am, 7am, 8am, 9am & 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
*no 7pm on Fridays.
Saturday: Partner CrossFit and OA Fit 8am & 930am
Sunday: “Skills Sunday” & Open Gym + Workout @ 9am.

One of the reasons we are able to have such successful events is because of our strong community. Thank you to all our OA volunteers, judges, and those who worked behind the scenes to make the 2022 War at the Shore a huge success. This will be our 8th year running these events & competitions and we are excited to continue to grow these. Thank you again for all the love and support.
