If your kids are already bouncing off the walls one week into summer… we’ve got you 😂🦁

Little Lions Summer Classes at GSC are built to help kids ages 6–12 stay active, get stronger, make friends, and build confidence in a fun and encouraging environment.

Led by Coach Tyler Shatley, these classes are perfect for all experience levels whether your child already loves sports or just needs a healthy outlet this summer 💪

Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
-100 g Avocado (1/2 avocado)
-1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
-1 tbsp Red onion
-1 tbsp Celery (Chopped finely)
-5 oz Solid white tuna (1 can)
-Salt & pepper (For taste)

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Place the avocado in a bowl
2. Add chopped onion, celery, lemon juice, and seasonings and mix well
3. Drain tuna, add to bowl, and mix again
4. Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper (not included in nutrition facts)
5. Optional: add other veggies (carrots, cucumber, peppers)
6. Enjoy!

⏲️ 3 hours in the crockpot

𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗽𝗼𝘁 Chicken Pesto 🍗🍃

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* 3 6-oz chicken breasts
* 1/4 cup pesto
* 1/2 cup chicken broth
* Salt & pepper to taste

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Place chicken in the crockpot.
3. Whisk together pesto and broth, then pour over chicken.
4. Cook on high for 3 hours and enjoy!

💡 𝗣𝗿𝗼 𝗧𝗶𝗽: Serve with a side of veggies and potatoes for a complete meal.
