TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS in the books. It was so hard. But life is hard. And so many people I love are going through hard things with courage and grace. If you ever feel alone in your struggles, run (or just watch) a marathon. Suffering is universal but so is joy and love and support. My heart overflows❤️

Running a relay with your friends is the best way to cover the marathon distance! Runtastic Events put on a great event this morning. The marathon started up Provo canyon and ended at the Utah Lake State Park. It was beautiful!

Today and everyday I am grateful for those who serve their country. I am especially grateful for those in my family who have been willing to serve. It hasn’t been easy. The stories they could tell would make you cry, make you laugh, break your heart, and explode with pride. I love each of them so much ❤️

I will never stop talking about how much better I feel when I exercise! I learned long ago that it’s something I have to do to stay mentally and physically healthy. If you ever need somebody to talk to about this, please reach out. We can go for a walk and talk!

Decided this deserved a permanent spot on the feed. If you aren’t a marathoner, you might not understand the significance of this time. 3:12 is FAST. It’s hard and uncomfortable and takes an insane amount of dedication and work to achieve. I couldn’t be prouder of .runs and I’m damn glad she teaches High at the gym. She’s the real deal folks.
(She also just dethroned me as the fastest female marathoner in town. My fastest St George marathon was 3:14. Comment if you know anybody faster than Camie). Good luck 😂
