TC Kids Wrestling coaches had the opportunity to present a Tri-Center ATU wrestling athlete with a check to help cover costs associated with competing at Girls State Wrestling. This small token represents our appreciation for Sophia and her dedication to the sport.

We know there are many young girls who look up to her and are inspired by her hard work and determination. Congratulations, Sophia — we wish you the very best of luck at State!

We had a great group of our wrestling athletes hit the road this weekend for a tournament close to home in Harlan, Iowa! This was not a beginner-level tournament, but our athletes weren’t afraid of the challenge. They stepped up, competed hard, and put their best foot forward on the mat. Proud of the effort and grit shown by everyone who wrestled! 💪🤼‍♂️🔥

Our young wrestling athletes had a big day yesterday, competing at the Griswold Wrestling Tournament and Rookie Rukus at LC! 💪🤼‍♂️

From first matches to hard-fought battles, our wrestlers showed grit, determination, and great sportsmanship on the mat. These events are all about learning, gaining experience, and building confidence—and our kids did exactly that.

Proud of the effort, teamwork, and heart they displayed. The future is bright for this group! 👏🔥

A lot of TC kids wrestlers took a chance today at the Woodbine tournament, and we couldn’t be prouder. With under 30 kids competing, they battled hard and came away with various placements. More important than the results was the way they handled themselves—showing grit, sportsmanship, and determination all day.

Proud of these athletes for stepping up and representing TC the right way! 💪🤼‍♂️

*Since the tournament was set up the old school way I am unable to notate the placements of each kiddo.

Some of our young athletes participated in multiple wrestling tournaments on Friday in Lenox, Iowa, and today at Rookies of the Mac. We commend the kids for demonstrating their skills and sportsmanship.

Our appreciation also extends to the parents and families who contributed by providing coaching support.
