It is with heavy hearts that we announce we are unable to have a tackle football season this year due to not having enough players to field a team.
This program has meant so much to our community over the years. It has given our kids the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of football, build confidence, develop teamwork, and create lasting friendships. Seeing these young athletes grow both on and off the field has made this program incredibly special.
We want to sincerely thank all of the families, players, coaches, and volunteers who have supported the program. While we’re disappointed that we won’t be on the field this season, we’re hopeful this is only a temporary setback.
We look forward to coming back stronger next year with enough players to continue providing this opportunity for our community’s kids. We hope you’ll help us spread the word and encourage families to join us next season.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We can’t wait to see everyone back on the field in 2027. 🏈💙

🏈 Only 3 Days Left to Register for NFC Tackle Football! 🏈 We need your help!

Right now, we do not have enough 5th and 6th graders registered to field a full tackle football team this season. Our hope is that if we can get a few more 5th and 6th grade players signed up, we’ll be able to open registration to 4th graders as well!
Our program is about so much more than football. We focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game, building confidence, encouraging teamwork, and most importantly—having fun!
Every year, we have families reach out after registration closes because their child decides they want to play. Unfortunately, because jerseys are personalized and take about 6 weeks to arrive, we aren’t always able to accept late registrations. We truly don’t want to cancel the season, but if we don’t have enough players by the registration deadline, we won’t have a choice. If your child has been thinking about playing, now is the time! Don’t wait until it’s too late. Please help us spread the word by sharing this post. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d be happy to help!

🏈 LAST CALL FOR 5TH & 6TH GRADE TACKLE FOOTBALL! 🏈
This is the final week to register for 5th and 6th grade tackle football!
We really want to give these kids the opportunity to play this season, but we need more players to make it happen. If you’ve been thinking about signing your child up, now is the time!
Football is about so much more than the game. It’s about building confidence, learning teamwork, making lifelong friendships, and creating memories they’ll never forget.
Please don’t wait until it’s too late. Help us keep this season alive by getting your athlete registered before the deadline!

Registration is currently open for the 2026 Neodesha Football Club season, but we are still looking for more players in the 5th and 6th grade age group.

Our goal is to give these kids the opportunity to learn the game, build friendships, develop teamwork, and represent our community on the football field. However, if we do not reach the minimum number of players needed, we may be forced to cancel the season.
We are exploring the possibility of opening registration to 4th graders to help ensure we have enough athletes to field a team, but we are encouraging all interested current 5th and 6th graders to sign up as soon as possible.
If your child has ever thought about playing football, now is the time! No matter their experience level, we’d love to have them join us.

What an incredible season for the Bluestreaks—they only allowed one touchdown all year.

We are the CHAMPIONS!!! What an incredible season the NFC had!!! Thank you to all our supporters and the Neodesha Mini Cheerleaders who came out to cheer us on tonight. We defeated the Sedan Blue Devils 40-0. Way to go, BLUESTREAKS!!!

Throughout the season, this group of boys have worked so hard. In celebration of their efforts, the team enjoyed a pre-game breakfast at Deb's kitchen this morning. A HUGE Thank You to Wilson County Agency for taking care of our breakfast. This evening, they will play for the Championship Title in Sedan at 7PM. We invite you to join us in cheering on these boys. Go Streaks!!!
