As a small business owner on the other side of this series of unfolding events. I would just like to make a statement regarding my process going forward.
Wisconsin unfortunately was not involved in the litigation against the ATF. So we are not automatically covered under the plaintiffs category. Being a member of GOA, FPC, and other gun rights organizations does put you in the category. Since I do not have my SOT license yet anyway, I will not be doing any transactions involving suppressors, short barreled rifles, or short barreled shotguns. YET. As soooooon as guidance is pushed down from the ATF on how to actual navigate, I will update everyone.
All that being said, this is a huge victory for gun rights and America. I hope they take the ball and run with it.
