Wow!! First Monday in over 10 1/2 years that I don’t head to the gym and get ready for 6 PM class. Going to take some time to get used to this. I want to thank all of you who were so loyal to my little gym for all these years and help make my dream come true. I will miss all of you immensely. But it’s time for a new dream and my heart knows that.
I am really looking forward to the next adventure.

Realization…..First big load of equipment picked up and gone. Made it all too real. Still know I am doing the right thing, but after 10 1/2 years, this is indeed part of my family, and I will miss it immensely.
