Outdoor workouts combine cardio, strength, plyometric, and core exercises to work every major muscle group, increase your stamina, and burn calories. Boot Camp with Jenny is open and operating right outside of Nationals Park. Each participant will be asked to bring their own mat and a set of resistance bands to class (the bands can be purchased on amazon of through Boot Camp with Jenny for $10). E
ach session is one week, meeting on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from either 6:30am-7:30am or for an express class from 7:45am-8:30am. Classes are released on the website on a rolling basis each month.
