I visited CleanEatz with my mom and sister for the first time I'm a while! And omg they have made so many great additions to their restaurant! The prices were fantastic, food was delicious, calories and protein was easily accessible and the portions were so great!
Also they had coffees that ranged from 110-160 calories and 20 GRAMS OF PROTEIN! The chocolate carmel was delicious! Definitely check them out!

This Pepper Beef Over Rice recipe will be added to my client resources very soon!

My clients, will eat good food! πŸ˜‹ who says you can't have Chinese takeout and it be great for you! Not this trainer!

I will be working on a new educational video that is focused on making a healthy lifestyle taste delicious! Why some of the foods you feel guilty eating may not be as bad for you as you think! And how we can elevate those common loved foods to make them nutrient dense and fulfilling 🀩

Fun fact: It is totally realistic to crave healthy foods! There is no such thing as "diet food". The key to eating healthy is LOVING WHAT YOU ARE EATING! It may take time and some discovery but having a nutritionist with a bunch of ever growing recipes for you to take advantage of is a huge help! I never post a recipe I haven't tried and loved, so let me do the testing for you! πŸ₯°πŸ˜

You can have pizza, tacos, and Chinese takeout too!

If my clients don't have a recipe binder full of easy, affordable, and craveable foods by the time I'm done with them.... then I have failed!!

Blueberry Cheesecake Protein WafflesπŸ™‚

I don't know if you all have an Aldis near you, but I got some millville brand protein waffle mix and made the recipe on the box. I did the higher protein option where I added 1 egg and substituted the water for fairlife milk. This makes 2 gigantic, thick, wafffles!

Then the cheesecake fluff on top:
1/2 cup cottage cheese (trust the process)
1 scoop of elevation vanilla protein powder
A bit of vanilla
1.5 tbsp powdered sugar
Blend in a blender until smooth and then fold in 1 container of light cool whip.
This makes about 4 servings.

Top with blueberries! Omg this was so so good!

For 1 serving or 1 waffle, its 384 cals and 27g of protein πŸ˜‹ πŸ’ͺ I know it seems like larger calorie for a waffle but it's not the case. This waffle is huge and considering waffles don't tend to have a lot of protein, 27g is so good! It's filling and satisfying!

I've so far made blueberrie, chocolate, and this past one I added mashed banana and cinnamon to the batter before cooking and it was sooooo good!

Today I made blueberry cheesecake protein waffle and it took maybe 10 mins with the benefits of leftovers.

It's also 1 year old approved and my child had a great time dipping his waffle into the cheesecake fluff!

Diets vs. Dieting!

In this video I explain why dieting is not such a great option for everyone and why it is unnecessary. And why I do not make people follow a diet!

Did you know that diets can actually be harmful to our relationship with food and the success of our long-term goals.

Keep in mind that as always, this is and educational video for the seemingly healthy individual. Not for someone with health morbidities. This population needs to take advise from a registered dietitian.

What diet is the best diet?

Ah yes, this question... The truth is, a diet of any kind is most likely why 75% of the United States is struggling with weight issues and food guilt to begin with. Believe it or not, it is totally possible and better for our health to drop the diets and create a style of eating and activity that serves us best.

I do not teach dieting. I do not agree with dieting. I am going to share a video soon about diet cultures and why it has reaped havoc on our health. So if you are interested in why I feel this way, keep an eye out.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but you can make just about anything into something well balanced and delicious.
Tacos? Yes!
Pizza? Yup!
Pancakes? Absolutely

Don't think that dieting means there are things you can't eat! Think of taking your cravings and adding nutrition and volume!
My clients are never told to eat less, but to eat more! More more more. It's not about what you eat, but how it's prepared. If you are on a fitness journey and you feel restricted or hungry.... find yourself another way! ✨️
