Posting the updated schedule for the rest of May!

All ages welcomed and 3 tracks are offered:

Track A: Athlete Specific Sport Training. (currently soccer) This offers 60 minutes of technical training ranging in attacking, defending, possession, shooting, etc)
Track B: Building Athlete Foundations. This includes high intensity training for 60 minutes. A warm up, strength training, high intensity workouts, and cool down stretch.
Track C: Combined Athlete approach. This offers a 30 minute warm up/high intensity workout with 30 minutes of soccer training.

Hello everyone!

ENG is excited to start offering training this week. A few things to help clarify some questions we have received.

1. Where is training? Gulf Pointe Latin School 7624 E Bay Blvd, Navarre FL 32566

2.What type of training is at each session? We offer three tracks at every session for each athlete.

Track A: Athlete Specific Sport Training. (currently soccer) This offers 60 minutes of technical training ranging in attacking, defending, possession, shooting, etc)

Track B: Building Athlete Foundations. This includes high intensity training for 60 minutes. A warm up, strength training, high intensity workouts, and cool down stretch.

Track C: Combined Athlete approach. This offers a 30 minute warm up/high intensity workout with 30 minutes of soccer training.

3. What other services do you provide? Introducing: Friday night lights! We are putting together soccer pick-up games on Friday nights. More to follow as we will offer the three tracks every Friday until pick-up games start, TBD.
