The 2026 ECJGT Season Championship was an awesome celebration of our 2026 season! The tournament was held August 22nd at Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club and August 23rd at Regatta Bay Golf and Yacht Club. The tournament was sponsored by Rigdon Real Estate.
Blake and Charles Rigdon Real Estate were very instrumental in making this tournament special for our juniors. They arranged for the Overall Winners-Lars Wiggins and Rayna Perkins-to receive a fitting for the new Callaway driver, and those golfers will receive the driver as part of their prize for winning the 2026 Season Championship tournament when the driver is released in 2027.

We presented our Sportsmanship Award.
We are happy to present the 2026 Poate Family Sportsmanship Award to Luke Stuart. Luke always has a smile on his face and following each tournament, and Luke thanks the staff for hosting the tournament. He shares a little information about his round, and he expresses to us how much he enjoyed playing. His positive attitude makes the experience better for all the players he plays with each tournament.
The Poate Family Sportsmanship Award is named for the founders of the Emerald Coast Junior Golf Tour-Chris and Michele Poate. The award recognizes a golfer with strong integrity, a commitment to improve and a positive attitude.
What a nice way to determine our season winners and to celebrate our best season ever!
Our final tournament for 2026 is at Bay Point GC in Panama City Beach September 12th and 13th. The tournament is open to all golfers ages 8 to 18.
