The Gulf Coast Summer Slam consists of four historic golf tournaments whereby golfers ages 14 to 18 earn points from each event based on be field size. Two of these events are hosted by the Emerald Coast Junior Golf Tour and two events are hosted by First Tee as part of their Greater Pensacola Junior Golf Association.
Points are based on size of field. For example, if the Boys 14-18 has 21 golfers, the winner receives 21 points, 2nd place receives 20 points, etc.
June 27-28 Enterprise CC Junior Classic (ECJGT)
June 22-23 Blue Angels Classic at AC Read (GPJGA)
July 8-9 47th Annual Daily News Jr. Classic (ECJGT)
July 13-15 69th Annual Divot Derby Championship (GPJGT) 
Highest point earner (Boys 14-18 and Girls 14-18) not already qualified for the A. Downing Gray Cup will qualify for the 2026 A. Downing Gray Cup July 27thand 28th at Pensacola Country Club.
Awards will be presented at the awards ceremony for the Divot Derby.
