Since the type is small lets list the benefits and the IMPORTANCE of exercise......it doesnt have to be running.....but you have to get up and move your body daily my friends.....
weight contro... healthier heart... increased metabolism... reduced risk of high blood pressure... strengthened immune system... improved self image... toned muscles... relieves stress... increased self-esteem... increased energy... stronger bones and joints.....
Certainly sounds worth it to me!!!!!
