When the range is overwhelmed and thousands of balls remain stranded across the turf, thereā€™s only one person to call. His coworkers describe him as patient, dependableā€”even ā€œa beast.ā€

Nate sees it differently.

Letā€™s take a look inside Nate Bā€™s head as he begins a grueling 8-hour picking shift...

Behind the wheel, the calculations are already underway. 1:17 p.m. on a busy Saturday means staring down an estimated 45,000 golf balls scattered across the turf. To the untrained eye, it looks simple. But Nate knows the reality of what it takes to execute 28 precise picks and reduce that field to absolute zero.

From here on out, the radio goes silent and the isolation begins. For the next 8 hours, he isnā€™t just an operatorā€”heā€™s a trucker, and Golf Driving Range & Academy is very lucky to have him.
