Yes, we are still here. The pandemic had us messed up a little bit. We are currently accepting between 4-6 new clients. If you’re interested, please message us.

“Get fit with the mitts!” 🥊🥊 beginning June 23rd @ Parc Natchitoches. **(ages 12 and up)

Time slots are from 6am-6:30am; 6:30-7:00am; 6:00pm-6:30pm; 6:30pm-7:00pm; 7:00-7:30pm Tuesday’s & Thursday’s.

**This will be a two person per slot maximum.
