Elite Cheer-Nastics(ECN), THE Sports Center of Natchitoches, was established in 1997 and is owned/directed by Coach Sonja M. Palmer(AACCA certified, USASF club member, USASF certified coach Lv. 5, NFHS certified, USAG club member, USAG certified professional coach). ECN offers professional training in cheerleading, gymnastics, tumbling, and dance for all ages and skill levels. Our goal is that ou

r student athletes as well as our staff continue to be given lifelong opportunities, collegiate and beyond.
