Our park is not only close to historic Natchitoches and located on a beautiful oxbow lake of the Red River, with access to the scenic Saline Bayou, but also in the heart of Kisatchie National Forest's 5 districts with over 604,000 acres for public use. There are over 400 miles of well marked hiking and biking trails, They have 4 designated ORV trails and roads. Great hunting and fishing is allowed.
