Swamp Donkey Mixed Martial Arts - Natchez, MS We offer personal training and group training for muay thai, mma,catch wrestling, boxing, and cardio kickboxing.

We provide mixed martial arts , pro wrestling, self defense, and weight loss/cardio classes outdoors 4-6 days a week. Call for class times and info. $50 a month

Personal training for sports specific improvement is available (MMA,Football,Basketball,Powerlifting...etc.,)

Here is the deal guys. Im teaching mma and boxing. Other options are available for personal training... muay thai, catch wrestling, nhb , or i do offer programs to help you get in shape for basic training and athletic sports... We are just really getting back started for real. Just been getting a little movement through the holidays. So if you came during then it is not how our practices go.

Mma mon-wed-fri 3pm
Boxing tues-thurs 1pm

Do not just show up for class. Text me or Facebook message me ... DO NO CALL because it wil most likely not be seen. If no one rsvps for practice by an hour before class i may go running, eating , lifting, or planet fitness.

We had a few semi practices over the holidays but we are back to real classes that will be warmup, tech, drill, cardio... be ready.

Got jits tournaments ,mma fights, boxing, and muay thai across the country. If you think you can handle it come on. If you want to see if you can come on. If you just want to get in shape that is also an option. I train outside in the weather. Not for the feint of heart. All are welcome.

Got a female boxer that's gonna hurt somebody. Fast learner. Need some more girls for weight lifting, mma,cardio kickboxing!!! Guys too!!! Girls %50 percent off if 2 or more sign up together for mma fitness or competition. For right now anyone over 205 is free as long as already have strong base cardio so mma cardio will be faster and hopefully ready to spar and catch wrestle with me soon. Over 250lb fighters gets a 50% discount if they are ready to get in fight shape and spar. I need people my size and bigger to train with I'll take 3 of each at those prices. Back to $80 a month after that. Fights in feb and March in baton rouge and new Orleans. Almost full. Gotta train to join the team or come train a couple times to show you are already trained and ready and I'll get you a fight. Think you can tap me? Boxing, muay thai, catch wrestling, MMA... looking for one of each for a free membership for 3 months. You want in get at me. Outdoor training. Got fights coming up every month. I will not book you unless you train. Don't call and just ask for a fight cuz you're ready... if you won't at least come show what you got I can't put you in a cage with a trained fighter.

Ok guys. My surgery is over. Cast is off. Can't use hand much yet but it's better and I'll be grappling in a couple weeks then start back striking. Anyone that wants to come train I am where I can coach you and train with you. Want a fight? Come train and we will find you one.

Been getting people coming through the area wanting to spar or grapple a little on their way to seminars or competitions. I would love too. I have a minimal 8x8 grappling area but let me know a day or 2 ahead of time and I'd love to accommodate you with what I have in natchez or at the Team No Love full MMA gym in Ferriday, La.
