For 3 more weeks we will meet @ PSS to do the 1000 swing challenge as well as working on basic kettlebell technique. This workshop is free to current Pure Strength clients and $30 per session for all non-members.

ALSO……. We wanted to let y’all know that we meet every Friday (weather permitting) to do 8am hill sprints @ Learneds Mill Rd. Yeah it’s hot 🥵 but so quick and efficient! 🏃🏻💪🏼 Everyone welcome!
