Dance Sanctuary is cancelled tonight, Wednesday August 5th. But we’ll have an extra pop-up next Wednesday August 12th, followed by our regular 3rd Wednesday on the 19th. See you next week!

The next Dance Sanctuary gathering will be Wednesday November 5th from 6-7:15PM, above Indigo in Nassawadox. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by election season, or life in general, dancing freely can be deeply re-balancing, healing and grounding to a frazzled system. This is a no-judgement space, no moves to follow, no steps to perfect. You ARE perfect, just as you are, just as you show up to the space. We look forward to welcoming you💓🙏🏼
